Since 1968, Millard Bowen has been committed to offering value to his customers. As a leader in the Atlanta home building industry, Millard Bowen has received many prestigious honors including; Gwinnett County Home Builder of the Year, Atlanta Home Builder of the Year, the Home Buyer’s Warranty Diamond Builder Award for Excellence in Consumer Satisfaction (an award presented to less than 1% of HBW’s 12,000+ members), and the Community Service Award by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association for his charitable contributions and involvement in the community. Most recently, Millard Bowen received the Lewis Cenker Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the highest honor given by the HBA to an individual, for his lifelong contribution to the advancement of the homebuilding industry in Atlanta.
